When Lakeland reached out to me in 2014 to offer me a position, I was concerned that my all-consuming business at Venue might suffer. But I simply could not resist 

the opportunity to pass on all I had learned over the years to a future generation of film makers. So, given cart blanch to refashion my courses from the ground up, I rolled up my sleeves.  I have never regrated my time there. And have even hired several graduate students to work at Venue.
